division practice battle cancelled/evens out

hello Wrath Strife here the division practice battle is cancelled because redferri the leader of thunder knights said that we both have too little soldiers so the practice battle would be an failer.

Also kong has quitted and joined thunder knights also a good thing Cooper627 shadow knight is now in our division and is made an author as soon as I can.
